Empty-Leg Booking Conditions & Broker Terms:
Empty-leg flights are contingent upon the primary charter client's itinerary. If the primary client alters departure timings, routes, or cancels their flight, the empty leg may be rescheduled or cancelled. In such rare events, KC Air will offer alternative aircraft options at prevailing rates or process a full refund of the empty-leg fee. All flights are operated by DGCA-approved NSOP carriers.
